Placing an order with Home Life Collection

By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to Home Life Collection to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order. Upon placing an order with Home Life Collection you will receive a confirmation that your order has been received but this is NOT confirmation that your offer to purchase the products has been accepted and confirmed.
A contract between yourself and Home Life Collection for the purchase of products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you. Your payment will be authorised on placing an order on a product.
Product availability and prices are subject to change without notice. Delivery will be charged separately to your order. All timescales provided for delivery are estimated delivery time and are subject to change. We can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.
All sales are in sold in line with the UK Distance Selling Regulations.

Stock availability

We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case this we will contact you before the confirmation that your order has been processed.

Your right to cancel

You have a right to cancel your order in writing within seven days of receipt and receive a refund (not including shipping). Once you have received the product you must return this to us by post for us to be able to process this refund.

Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend you obtain a free certificate of postage from the courier of your choice, as we are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. We will not accept any liability for damaged products.

All the information we collect via our website or through correspondence with you may be used for the following purposes - dealing with orders and accounts, processing payments, credit reference checking, fraud detection and research

When you place an order with Home Life Collection we will require some data from you such as your name, email address, billing/delivery address, phone number and debit card details. Our Shopify platform offers a secure server to protect your information. Your data may also be stored on our office computers; this information will be stored on secure, password protected macbooks. All information will be stored in line with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Your information may be used for us to market our new products and services but will not be passed on to third party companies. If you wish not to receive any marketing from us please email info@hotellifecollection.co.uk.

Our Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if you are not you can return any item within 30 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.

We will be happy to exchange the item for a replacement or to make a refund which will go onto the card which was used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges but if you decide to order a different product then we will not charge you any extra postage.

If you wish to make a change to your order we will attempt this if possible but please note that once an order has been confirmed, it is final.

Specific items such as pillows, throws and poufs cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons if item’s original packaging has been opened.

If your item is faulty and is within 30 days of receipt, you can return this under the normal returns procedure. If it is longer than 30 days please email info@hotellifecollection co.uk so we can agree the best way forward. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.

HOW DO I ARRANGE AN EXCHANGE?

If the product you require is still available we will exchange it for you. If the new item you require costs less than the one you have returned we will refund you the difference. If it costs more than the one you have returned we will need to take an additional payment from you before we can send you the item. Please make sure you give us a daytime telephone number or your email address so we can contact you.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DEAL WITH MY RETURN?

Returns will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the product. UK Refunds will take up to 7 days to be deposited into your account. Refund from outside the UK may take up to 30 days. Returns are dealt with on a first come first served basis. Once we have processed your refund we will contact you by email.
